Backpack Photography is designed as an educational photographic tour where participants learn and acquire photographic skills out in the field.

Ferdz Decena is a Travel Photographer and Blogger. He has contributed to several publications like Seair Inflight, PAL’s Mabuhay Magazine and CEBU Pacific’s Smile Magazine both as a writer and photographer. He has also worked with charitable organizations like Lopez Group Foundation and Save the Children to deliver quality images for their marketing materials.

As an intrepid traveler, Ferdz has chronicled his travels through his travel blog En Route at Ironwulf.net which won in as Nuffnang’s Asia-Pacific Best Travel Blog for 2009 besting more than 3000 entries in 4 countries and also garnered the Best Travel Blog from Philippine Blog Awards in 2008. His work was also exhibited in London when he won TNT Magazine’s Annual International Travel Writing and Photography Awards as First Place and Readers choice.

Oggie Ramos is a multimedia writer, photographer and blogger based in Makati City, Philippines.

PHOTOGRAPHY.  His works are regularly published in Seair InFlight Magazine, and at times in Philippine Airlines’ Mabuhay Magazine.

MULTIMEDIA WRITING. Oggie’s writing experience extends to various disciplines including events, advertising and editorial copy.  His editorial work is published regularly in Seair InFlight Magazine.

BLOGGING.  Oggie has been blogging since 2004.  His travel blog, www.lagalog.com, is a three-time finalist in the Philippine Blog Awards and a member of the Asian Travel Blogs Network.
